Murder of Virgilio Aguilera

At approximately 7:17 p.m. on August 23, 2020, unknown persons did a drive-by shooting on 5314 Brandenberry Drive in Columbus, Ohio. At the time 52-year-old Virgilio Aguilera was in the area and struck by one of the rounds. He would be brought to the hospital but passed away two hours later. 

It's not stated if Virgilio was the target.

On July 14, 2021, Jack Eberle passed away in his wheelchair outside of a business in Wahiawa, Hawaii. He is currently unclaimed.

Jack is a biracial male with Pacific Islander and White heritage. He had grey or greying hair.

Disappearance of Dustin Phillip Eubanks

On June 20, 2022, 39-year-old Dustin Eubanks was last seen when he was dropped off by an acquaintance on Freys Drive in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He would be reported missing on July 7th.

Dustin is a white male and was 39 years old at the time. He's 5'9' and 140 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a seizure disorder and takes medicine for it.

Murder of Micheliegh Iron Cloud

Around Midnight on June 17, 2022, 32-year-old Micheliegh Iron Cloud was carrying a 1-year-old boy while walking down the side of Highway 63in Parmelee, South Dakota. Micheliegh and the boy would be struck by a vehicle. Micheliegh would pass away and the boy would survive.

Pregnancy Resource Center Arson

At about 2:30 am on June 10, 2022 someone threw several Molotov cocktails through a kitchen window at the Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) located at 104 NW 11th Street, Gresham, Oregon. This would cause the building to catch fire. It's unknown who this person was.

May 23, 2023 Sacramento, California

On May 23, 2023, the body of a man was found in the Sacramento River, east of 450 Jibboom Street in Sacramento, California. He had been in the water and there was moss found on his face. There is little information in this case. 

John Doe may be white, but it was uncertain. His age estimate is also unknown. He is 6'0" and 160 lbs. He has short black or brown hair. He sported a mustache, goatee, and possibly beard or facial stubble. He was wearing a black Mossy Oak sweatshirt, a red t-shirt, black sweats, black athletic shorts, socks, and one black glove on his left hand. He has a red tribal-like tattoo on his right arm.

May 22, 2023 West Valley City, Utah Assault

Around 1:30 am on May 22, 2023, a woman passerby saw a vehicle parked in a remote part of West Valley City, Utah. It was a silver Chevrolet Aveo with black tape on the middle of the bumper and blue tape on the sides of the bumper and the flashers were on. A man was standing next to it with jumper cables.

The victim would pull over and get out of her vehicle. The man would pull out a black handgun and tell her to shut up and get in the car. She was forced into the car and he struck her and tore her shirt open. He would then proceed to put zip ties on her arms. He placed the gun down on her at one point when getting a zip tie and she grabbed the gun threw it and was able to get back into her vehicle. 

The suspect was captured on her dash cam, but it was stopped at some point. The suspect was white or Hispanic.He is 5'8" to 6'0" and 185 to 225 lbs.  His hair was black or brown and greying with a thick beard. He was wearing a yellow shirt ontop of a long white long sleeve shirt and a beanie. The victim noted that he had a tattoo on the webbing of hi right hand.

May 20, 2023 North Edge Casino Stabbing

Around 12:20 am on May 20, 2023, at the Northern Edge Casino in Farmington, New Mexico a man would ask two other men if they had a cigarette. He was told that they did not have any and the man got upset because the man he asked had one behind his ear. The three would argue ending with the single man attempting to punch one of the other men. 

The single male would walk away towards their vehicle. The two other men would follow him. Another altercation would ensue and the single man would get stabbed on his left side and survive. 

The two suspects are Native American. One man was wearing a black beanie, black jeans, and a hoodie with "Stay Chief" and a Native American in a headdress in white on the front. The other male was wearing a black hoodie with white and red lettering on the front, and black jeans.

Hate Crime: April 13, 2023 Louis, Missouri Hate Crime on Transgender Person

Around 3:30 p.m. on April 13, 2023, an unknown man would get on the MetroBus at Chippewa Street and Grand Boulevard in the northern edge of the Dutchtown neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri. He would take a seat in the back of the bus. There were already a few people on the bus including a transgender person (gender unstated). This person was sitting closest to him and he spoke to them. Minutes later the man would get up from his seat and start attacking the victim. He would kick and punch the victim almost two dozen times and then pointed a gun at the victim.

It's believed that this was a hate crime against a transgender person. 

The suspect is a black male with an average build. He has facial hair a long scar on his right forearm. He was wearing a neon yellow t-shirt with a dark-colored emblem on his left chest pocket (possibly a Wrangler shirt), khaki pants, dark sunglasses, a black beanie with a dark emblem on the left side, blue boxers, and black shoes with white soles. He was carrying a dark-colored cross-body bag with frayed edges.

On April 12, 2021, 50-year-old Harold Mercer was last seen in Columbus, Ohio. There is little information in this case. 

Harold is a white male and was 50 years old at the time. He's 5'5" and 140 lbs. He has greying or grey hair and blue eyes.

Murder of Janaija Johnson

Around 4:50 am on April 7, 2020, 16-year-old Janaija Johnson was shot in her car near 6th St and Van Buren St in the Quaker Hill neighborhood in Wilmington, Delaware. She was found alive, but would soon pass at the hospital.

Murder of Jenna Franks

On February 24, 2021 city street crews found the body of 34-year-old Jenna Franks by a bike trail near Ellis Blvd in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She had multiple stab wounds in both her neck and leg. At the time of death, she had both Meth and Alcohol in her system.

Jenna was a trans woman and it is possible that her murder was a hate crime. Her killer or killers are believed to have been familiar with the area where her body was found.

On January 31, 2020, 32-year-old Morgan Rae was last seen leaving his friend's residence in Caringbah, New South Wales. He attended an appointment in Gymea. His family worry about his welfare.

January 5, 2021, Washington, D.C. Pipe Bombs

Between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on January 5, 2021, an unknown person placed two pipe bombs in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Washington, D.C. One was placed in an alley behind the Republican National Committee on 310 First St SE, and the other was placed on a park bench near the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee on 430 South Capitol St SE #3.

The individual wore a facemask, glasses, gloves, a backpack, a grey hoodie, and black and light grey Nike Air Max Speed Turd shoes with a yellow logo.

Components of the devices included 1x8 in threaded galvanized pipes, end caps, kitchen timers, wires, metal clips, and homemade black powder.

The FBI and ATF are offering a combined reward of up to $490,000 for information leading to the location, arrest, and conviction of the person or persons responsible. The Metropolitan Police Department is also offering a reward of up to $10,000. The total reward amount is now up to $500,000, but The Metropolitan Police Department has its own terms for the amount of money.
