New Berwick Archer

Archeologists were investigating the historic Kirk Ness, which was the site of a church and cemetery in North Berwick, Scotland. The dig was organized by the Scottish Seabird Centre and latterly supported by Historic Scotland. It revealed structural remains including stone tools, lead objects, ceramic material, and butchered bones of seals and sea birds. This suggests that it was once a settlement.

One discovery was that the skeletal remains of a young man from the 12th or 13th centuries were found. He was over 20-years-old with a slightly better build than average. He had worn to his shoulder that suggests that he might have been an archer.

His death was brutal and seemed to have been professional. He had been fatally stabbed four times in the back, twice in the left shoulder, and twice in the ribs. The injuries suggested that the weapon used was a dagger-like weapon with symmetrical lozenge-shaped sections with sharp edges and at least 2.75 inches long. This suggests that the weapon may have been a dagger that was a specialist military weapon carried mainly by military men. With the weapon and the accuracy of the stab wounds pots towards a degree of professionalism and arguably a degree of calculation.

Paranormal Games: The Answer Game

The Answer Game is a paranormal game that started in Japan. It made its way to English-speaking countries from 2012 to 2013. In this game, you get any answer you want, but have to risk losing a body part if you falsely answer the Answer Man.

Items needed for the game:
  • Cell Phones for each player. Preferably throw away phones as they will need to be destroyed.
  • Up to 10 players
Rules:
  • All players need to sit in a circle.
  • Each player needs to call their person to the left without answering. For example, Player 1 calls  Player 2 to Player 3, ect.
  • Once the phone call is made every player is to put the phone to their ear.
  • Everyone should get a busy signal, ring, or to voicemail.
  • If the game is successful one plater will get answered by the Answer Man. Do not pass the phone around as the Answer Man answered this person's phone on purpose. He will not be willing to talk to others.
  • The person who makes contact can ask the Answer Man any question they wish and it'll be answered truthfully.
  • With every question asked and answered the Answer man will do the same. The person will have to answer truthfully just as he did.
  • Never answer falsely as he will emerge from the phone and attempt to take a body part to add to himself.
  • To end the game is simple as all that is required is to hang up, but there are some rules. You need to tell him goodbye and persist you need to go. He will attempt to ask more questions and offer free information and if he is able to you will have to answer. Avoid this though as he may have something up his sleeve. Sometimes the Answer man will end the game if the caller is persistent.
  • Immediately destroy the phones.

Murder of Desiree D. McGraw

On June 6, 2006, it was voting day in Deptford, New Jersey. The Jericho Firehouse on Mail Avenue was one of the places for voting. At 9:30 a.m. The place had been open for a few hours when a firefighter decided to take a walk around the building. This was when he found the body of a woman laying in a stone-covered area behind the firehouse.

It was the body of 27-year-old Desiree McGraw. She was only dressed in a 5xl black t-shire and a hoodie. She had been shot in the head and killed. This however was not the scene of the crime as there was no evidence of her being killed there and it's believed her body was dumped there.

At the time Desiree was on the streets for the last three years. At the time she was a drug addict, but in the days leading up to her death, she told her family she wanted to sober up and get her life together. She was tired of living on the streets. Even though she was living a rough lifestyle she would make sure to visit her family every other day.

Police believe that the murder had been premeditated. Desiree's family thinks that it's possible that someone was out to get her and she knew. This could be the reason she wanted to change her lifestyle in the days leading up to her death.
