Disappearance of Dustin Phillip Eubanks

On June 20, 2022, 39-year-old Dustin Eubanks was last seen when he was dropped off by an acquaintance on Freys Drive in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He would be reported missing on July 7th.

Dustin is a white male and was 39 years old at the time. He's 5'9' and 140 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a seizure disorder and takes medicine for it.

Murder of Micheliegh Iron Cloud

Around Midnight on June 17, 2022, 32-year-old Micheliegh Iron Cloud was carrying a 1-year-old boy while walking down the side of Highway 63in Parmelee, South Dakota. Micheliegh and the boy would be struck by a vehicle. Micheliegh would pass away and the boy would survive.

Pregnancy Resource Center Arson

At about 2:30 am on June 10, 2022 someone threw several Molotov cocktails through a kitchen window at the Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) located at 104 NW 11th Street, Gresham, Oregon. This would cause the building to catch fire. It's unknown who this person was.

December 3, 2022 Energy Substations Shootings

On the evening of December 3, 2022, an unknown suspect or suspects fired multiple shots at two Duke Energy Substations in Moore County, North Carolina. The two substations are located around 10 miles apart in West End and Carthage. Damage from this caused a massive power outage of around 45,000 customers.

August 14, 2022 Ridgedale, Missouri John Doe

 The skeletal remains of a man were found behind a convenience store next to the highway in Ridgedale, Missouri. It appears that he was there for some time likely dying between 2017 and 2021

John Doe was a man between 20 to 40-years-old. Pants were found near the body.

Arson of the Crisis Pregnancy Center

At 2:20 a.m. on June 25, 2022, at the Crisis Pregnancy Center at 112 Doctors Park in Lincolnton, North Carolina an individual threw a lit Molotov Cocktail at the building. The individual then fled the scene running towards the intersection of Country Club Road and Hollow Road.

Arson: The Oregon Right to Life arson

At about 10:38 on May 8, 2022, police received several calls about someone throwing Molotov cocktails at the Oregon Right to Life building at 4335 River Rd N in Keizer, Oregon. The security camera spotted an individual retrieve an item from a vehicle trunk and walk towards the building. A glow could be seen from the flame of the Molotov cocktail and then they threw it at the building. The person then ran back to the vehicle.

The suspect may have been driving a white sedan, possibly a 2017-2018 Hyundai Elantra.


The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for this crime.

WANTED: Jane Doe 46

On the ECAP page, an unidentified female known as Jane Doe 46 may know critical information pertaining to the identity of a child victim in a sexual exploitation investigation. The video was likely created in May of 2022. Jane Doe 46 is heard speaking English a sample of her saying "Stand Up" is on the page. It's believed she is a white female, but her face is not shown in the video. However, a distinct tattoo is seen on her left wrist.
