Disappearance of Robin Reed
On January 24, 1995, 15-year-old Robin Reed was last seen jumping off of the Golden Gate Bridge in Petaluma, California. He had left a suicide note behind stating he felt unwanted. He had recently told friends that he was gay, but did not come out to his parents though they suspected it.
His parents stated that he was being bullied at Petaluma Highschool. He had a failing grade on his report card and told his parents about the bullying. He said that he was called derogatory names and picked on about his sexuality that he wasn't even out about though it was suspected. It would have probably been worse if they actually knew about it. At one point he told his mom, "Mom, I'm a really normal and healthy 15-year-old because my hormones are raging right now. But I hate being sexual. My life is going so well and I'm really happy except for my hormones. I hate them. It's so confusing. I don't even know if I'm straight or not."
His body was never recovered and is unlikely that he survived the jump. After his death, students at his high school created a Gay/Straight Alliance in his memory.

Disappearance of Leila Lewis Bryan and Mary Rachel Bryan
On May 10, 1941, 36-year-old Leila Bryan and her only child, Mary Rachel Bryan went to the beach and returned around 6:30 p.m. Her husband and Mary Rachel's father Edis Clarence or E.C. was preparing plans to pour concrete in the basement.
The two were last seen in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. At 9 p.m. Leila supposedly took Mary Rachel out to buy groceries at a store two blocks down and another said she was going to buy a new brassiere at the dime store. She only brought Mary Rachel with her because her daughter kept insisting on coming with. For some reason, Leila left her rings on the sink.
E.C. went to bed while the two were out. Barry, Leila's brother, and a friend came to the home that night. That was when he found out the two never arrived home. Barry and his friend went searching for the girls but didn't find a trace of them. E.C. called the police within hours and the police and community joined in the search. The search included the beach, waterways, and wooded areas.
At the time she was driving her husband's black 1935 Ford Model A coupe with 1941 North Carolina License plate number 219-056. The car was low on gas when she left and it could have been possible she filled up the tank. One filling station attendant was pretty sure he saw Leila at 10 p.m., but that lead led nowhere.
The car was never recovered and the two were declared dead in 1948. Police did not believe that Leila left on her own accord. It could be possible that she met foul play and she and Mary Rachel were dead.
Police suspected Leila's husband for their disappearance. They suspected that he killed his wife and daughter and then buried their bodies. It was initially believed that they were buried under their concrete basement floor at the beach cottage on Raleigh Ave., but it was dug up in 2009 and remains were not found. It's possible their bodies were buried elsewhere though.
Leila may be spelled as Lela is a white female and was 36-years-old at the time. She was 5'7" to 5'8" and 120 lbs. She has black hair and grey eyes. She was wearing a summer print housedress with a green turban, possibly a sweater and white and brown shoes.
Mary Rachel is a white female and was 4 at the time. She was 3'0" and 40 lbs at the time. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Dissappearance of Tiana Neshelle Martin
In 2002 9-year-old Tiana Martin was living with her aunt, Tamara Lynette Robinson, with her cousin and her 11-year-old and 13-year-old sisters. The five of them were living in an apartment complex in the 4400 block of West Avalon Ave. in Fresno, California. Their mother couldn't afford to take of them as she had lost her job.
Tiana had in fact been missing since either July or August. It was found that Tamara told people that Tiana was gone for the summer or back with her mother. She missed a July 7th appointment. Her sister went to a birthday party around the same time and friends thought it was strange Tiana wasn't there.
When the girls started school in late August. Tiana wasn't listed on her sibling's emergency contact forms as a sister and didn't fill out Tiana's card. She had also filled out forms for welfare and name her daughter and Tiana's sisters, but not her as dependants. She wrote down that Tiana went to live with her mother. This was not true though. Relatives of the girls began to question about Tiana and this was when Tamara decided to report her missing.
Sources said that Tamara beat Tiana to death. She claimed the girl was likely last seen in July 11th. She described the girl as a problem child and her sisters as liars. She said that one of the girls had actually hurt or killed Tiana after a fight about physical exercises.
Police believe Tamara had beaten Tiana to death. Her sisters were forced to help dispose of Tiana's body. Tiana was likely disposed of in a trash bin a week after her death and she had been her body would be at American Avenue Landfill in Fresno on American Avenue. Two weeks were spent searching for her remains at the landfill, but they weren't recovered.
Over a year later Tamara was charged with murder. At her trial, both of Tiana's sisters testified against her.
They stated at the trial that they watched their aunt strip Tiana down to her underwear. She then locked her in the hot garage without water for around 30 minutes. She then proceeded to hit the girls head against the wall and severely beat her with items such as a baseball bat, a meat tenderizer, a curtain rod, and a vacuum cleaner hose. She did this till Tiana was dead.
She then tried to revive the girl by doing CPR, but it was useless. She then realized she killed the girl had her sisters redress her and kept the body in the apartment for a week. She then had the girls help her with wrapping the body in plastic bags and put her in the apartment complex dumpster. She then poured bleach over the body to disguise the smell.
Tamara denied this, but in 2006 she was convicted of second-degree murder and felony child abuse. She was acquitted of child endangerment. She was sentenced 15 years to life in prison and was given three years of credit due to staying in jail during her trial.
Tiana was 10-years-old at the time and is African American. She was 5'5" and 80 lbs at the time. She had Graves Disease which is a rare autoimmune hyperthyroid disorder. Her condition did require close medical supervision and makes her physically weak. It's fatal without treatment.

Disappearance of Conradina Olson
![]() |
| Carl and Conradina Olson |
She may have run away from her husband. It was said he was verbally abusive and at this time she couldn't divorce him. A psychic contacted a family member telling them that Conradina was killed near the train station or tracks. They believe that Carl had something to do with her disappearance as he was also gone for a period of time around the time she disappeared.
For a period of time it was thought possible the Jane Doe found in Ellis, Missouri could have been her through later investigation and the same psychic saying Ellis had something to do with it. The woman found in Ellis though was found in 1877 and couldn't have been Conradina.
Ultimately her fate is unknown and her case may never be solved.
