75 year old Issac "Drift" Riley was a resident at the Riverlands Health Care Center in Lutcher, Louisiana. On Feb. 06, 1990 around 3 or 4 am Issac got dressed and was trying to leave. He was caught and escorted back to his room. When checked on again around 5 am he was gone.
Issac was a 75 year old African American at the time of his disappearance. His height and weight was not listed. He had grey hair and brown eyes. He had a nervous twitch in his left eye. He was wearing a grey sweater, a red plaid shirt, blue pants, and grey or black Sergio Velente shoes.
He has DNA underway and Dentals available. There are no fingerprints for him.
