August 11, 1983 Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada John Doe

On August 11, 1983 the body of a man was found in Lake Erie off the shore of Holiday Beach in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. He was located 5.2 miles east of Detroit River and 3 miles south of Holiday Beach. He was murdered, but cause of death was not stated. It was believed he's been dead for around 6 months.

He was a 20 to 45 year old white male. He was 5'6" to 5'10" and may have weighed around 169 to 180 lbs. His weight may be an underestimate due to the condition of the remains. His hair was brown with some white hairs. One link says that it was dyed red with brown and grey hairs dispersed in it.His teeth were in poor condition and had staining that suggested he was a smoker.

There were remnants of a size 31 blue jeans with a button that said Corniche Jeans. He was wearing a brown belt size 31. He also had remnants of light blue elastic band that was either boxer shorts or swim trunks.
