Murder of Frank Campbell


On May 2, 2005, the flatmate of 45-year-old Frank Campbell found his body on the couch around 3 a.m. They lived on Wilkins Street in the suburb of Mawson of Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. He had been struck on his head 11 times with a heavy object likely a fryingpan that was missing from the home.

On the night of May 1st Frank was recorded by CCTV cameras drinking at the Mawson Club with his flatmate. He had left the club around 9:43p.m. His flatmate claimed to have last seen him alive at 11:30 p.m. 

There had been things taken from the home. Police are looking for a long-sleeved dark checkered shirt, a pair of blue jeans, work boot, a frying pan and a small sum of cash.
