June 21, 1988 Savannah, Georgia Jane Doe

 


On June 21, 1988, the body of a woman found floating near marker 30 in the Wilmington River in Savannah, Georgia. It's believed that she may have accidentally drowned while fishing or crabbing.

Jane Doe was a black female and was 60 to 70-years-old. She's 5'2" and 130 lbs. She had grey or partially grey hair and blue eyes. She had several scars one was on her left ear to chin, a scar from her navel to the pubic area, and scars on both knees. She had permanent upper and lower metallic bridgework. She was wearing blue jeans, a dark red pullover, a button shirt with green, red, and beige stripes, a patterned red, black, and white headscarf, a multicolored belt. A pair of green sunglasses and a small mirror were found in her pocket.
