Disappearance of Travis Deion Massey


On November 30, 2000, Travis Massey was last seen in Huntsville, Alabama. He was seen a red Ford pickup truck with Alfred "Sonny" Hardy III prior to his disappearance and may have been seen with two unidentified white males and an unidentified African American male earlier that day. The Vehicle would later be found in Cullman County and the truck's owner is unable to answer what had happened to Travis.

After Travis's disappearance, Sonny Hardy was arrested for the murder of Derwin Tyrone Hawk that had happened the same month. It's believed that he killed Derwin in a residence in Huntsville and that Travis witnessed it. He would be convicted for the murder but maintains innocence claiming to be framed.

It's believed that Travis was murdered because he allegedly saw the murder. There have been no charges filed for his disappearance and suspected death.

Travis may have traveled to the Birmingham, Alabama area. Travis is an African American male and was 20-years-old at the time. He is 6'1" and 240 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing A gray Polo fleece shirt, black Levi jeans, and red and black Air Max shoes.
