Murder of Charlotte Hall
On October 5, 1986, 56-year-old Charlotte Hall was found dead floating in a backyard swimming pool in the 4500 block of Black Cove Rd. in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Police arrived at the home because of a structure fire and found her body. It was found that she had been murdered.
