Chicago, Illinois living John Doe "Shannon Night"

A "Shannon Night" is a man that suffered a stroke and has organic brain damage from it. He lives at Chicago Read Mental Health Center in the Northwest Side in Chicago, Illinois, and has been in state care since 2007. He appears lucid, but major details of his life before the stroke isn't there. He does believe he has a son and wife though. He does have an arrest record, but he gave various names including variations of Shannon Night or Sanane Night, in 2006 he gave the name Shannon Hate. He may go as Veno.

He is now a soft-spoken man and carries a red folder with notes in an effort to try to remember who he is and his family. He also has a handmade greeting card he hopes to give to the son he believes he has. He's working on trying to remember.

Shannon is an African American male and was in his 30's in 2007. He's 5'7" and 240lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has a keloid scar on the anterior chest. a small scar on his left forehead (says from fall from bus bench at around age 6), and around dark mole in his left eyebrow.

He has two faded and homemade tattoos and he said that they meant Folks. The first tattoo is the Roman Numeral III on his right wrist area, and a tattoo on his left forearm is a combination of a Roman Numeral III tattoo and VENO, with a instead of the O. VE III N. He also mentioned a rabbit with a top hat when talking about this tattoo, but that image is not visible.
