Lost Games: Coast BMX Full Grind

In 2003 WildTangent and GSD&M for Dial Corporation released the online game Coast BMX Full Grind which appeared on the Coast Soap's website. It had obvious inspirations from Activision's Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX. At the time BMX was popular, but by 2005 the popularity dwindled. This led Coast Soap's to take the game offline. Now there is no archived version of the game and believed to be lost.

There is an original disc however as a part of the promotion, but it was discontinued. Dave Evans who was one of the game developers and used to work at GSD&M was asked about it. He believes he has a copy of the game, but has no clue where it is.

The gameplay being part of Coast Soap of course had themes related to it.  Like when you do tricks soap bubbles appear and you have to collect Coast bar soaps to improve your tricks. If you get all five you can ride outside. You could choose one of two characters Neak or Barton. Each character has their own skills. There were two options to play the game Single Session which was timed to acquire points or  Free Ride which had no time limit.
