WANTED: Jane Doe 35

In February 2015, Law enforcement was made aware of a video or videos pertaining to the welfare of a child. Jane Doe 35 may have information pertaining to the health and welfare of a child. ECAP states Jane Doe 35 is not the subject of a criminal investigation. 

Jane Doe is a white female with a North American accent. A sample of her voice can be found at the page.
