March 05, 2003 Norfolk, Virginia John Doe
On March 05, 2003, in Norfolk, Virginia a young man was found floating in the Elizabeth River. The area he was found near was Harbor Park Stadium. It was estimated he had died about a week before. His cause of death is not listed.
He was a male between 14 and 25 years old. His race is undetermined, but he is believed to be Asian with some Caucasian, but being Hispanic has not been ruled out. He was 5'6" to 5'8" and around 135 lbs. He had black hair and it was noted he had no facial hair.
He was found fully clothed. He was wearing a black shirt with blue jeans, a brown belt with a belt buckle depicting a horse, blue plaid boxers, black socks, and Brahama brown work boots.
