October 27, 1985 Parker County, Texas John Doe *Identified* William "Billy" Arthur Fiegener



In December of 2019 this doe was Identified as 22-year-old Billy Fiegener. His case is considered solved. 

Billy was originally from Brooklyn, New York, but was sent to California to straighten out. This was when he met Forest Ethington and he convinces Billy to join him in Lake Dallas, Texas. This was where the pair would do several robberies. Billy was sent to court after being caught in a solo robbery attempt. He was using a car belonging to Forest's daughter at the time. This had infuriated Forest enough to kill him. He also feared Billy would talk about the other robberies the two had performed. 

It's believed that Forest had killed Billy.

After Billy's death Forest organized a crew of robbers and robbed a coin shop in Pantego, Texas. One of his crew had killed the shop's owner. Forest and his partner was caught when they tried to sell the stolen coins. 

He served 5 years in prison before appealing the case in 1991. He was arrested in 2010 for aggravated sexual assault of a child and died in prison in October of 2019. 

A man and his son discovered scattered skeletal remains on a ranch south of Highway 51 about 3 miles outside of Springtown, Texas. It's believed he may have been a victim of a homicide and was killed in 1984 or very early 1985. He was found with a coin from 1984.

Billy was described as was a white male and was between 14 and 21 years old. A DNA Phenotype test was done by Parabon NanoLabs. It's possible he was light-skinned, had brown hair and possibly had brown or hazel eyes. His height and weight are unknown.  

He was wearing a Union Bay brand jacket, a Raphael brand gray cotton small jacket, a Gimmick brand dark grey cotton-blend jacket, Guess brand blue jeans with leather trim size 29x32 and Jockey brand underwear size 32-34
