On March 27, 1989, the body of a young man was found in the All American Canal in Winterhaven, California. It isn't stated how or when they believe he died. He was unrecognizable due to decomposition when he was found. He was a Hispanic and or White male. He was between the ages of 15 to 18 years old. He was 5'6" and 130lbs.
