36-year-old Mary Morales was last seen leaving her job in Springfield Massachusetts at noon on March 3. 1999. She was never seen alive again. The next day her nude body was found by a motorist. She was found dumped by a guardrail along the northbound lane of Interstate 91 in Vernon, Vermont. Which was 4 1/2 miles away from the Massachusetts State line and 10 miles north of where she lived in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Her cause of death is unstated.
She and her husband were split at the time and she was living with her boyfriend at the time. It could be that she was killed in retaliation towards her husband though. He was involved with drugs at the time.
