Disappearance of Charles Henry Baxter

Sometime after June 30, 1939, 31-year-old Charles Baxter went missing from the Hawarden District. Saskatchewan, Canada. There are several theories on what had happened to him. It was thought possible he went across the river to Tichfield to find work, or possibly joined the military and went overseas. However, these were never proven and he'd never seen his family again.  Charles is a caucasian male.
