Disappearance of Francisco Alvarado Flores

 

Sometime in 1978 17/18-year-old Francisco Alvarado Flores went missing from Coyoacan, Distrito Federal, Mexico. Fransisco is a White/Hispanic male with brown eyes and browns hair with a thin build. He may have had some mental problems.

There isn't much information at least in English. I could only find was the Doe Network page.
