Disappearance of Jay Fregon


On September 30, 1987, 25-year-old Jay Fregon was last seen in Fort County, Kansas. There is little information in this case.

Jay is a white male and was 25-years-old at the time. He's 5'8" and 140 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
