Around 7 p.m. on September 8, 2012, 22-year-old Kentrail Robbins was on 28th and Grand Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky outside of a barber shop. A black male would get out of their vehicle shoot Kentrail and flee the scene. Kentrail would, unfortunately, die soon after getting to the hospital.
