On November 18, 2001, 16-year-old Luis Acosta called his foster home in Aurora, Colorado, and told them he was not returning back. According to the reporting party he may be living in Honduras.
Luis is a Hispanic male and was 16-years-old at the time. He was 5'4" and 106 lbs at the time. He has black hair and brown eyes.
