On November 8, 1983, 29-year-old Paul Vogen was last seen at his home on 46th Place and Indian Rd in Phoenix, Arizona. The next day his vehicle was found at the Sky Harbor Airport and he allegedly bought a plane ticket to California. He previously stated that he wanted to take his life by jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. However, it is unknown if he did this.
Paul is a white male and was 29-year-old at the time. He's 5'7" to 5'9" and 160 to 170 lbs. He has sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. He was wearing brown corduroy pants, a brown windbreaker and blue and white sneakers, and wire-framed glasses.
