On April 30, around 10:30 a.m. the body of a baby girl found lying on the water's edge at Sandbridge Beach in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It seems as if she was asphyxiated and then the killer (likely her parent or parents) tossed the body in the ocean. It's likely the body floated from north of where she was found.
She was estimated to be 0 to 12 months old and white. She was 1'8" and 6 lbs. She had brown hair.
