Murder of Jeffrey Macchione (Martelli)


On April 27, 1979, at 1801 N.E. 124 St. Apt. #20 North Miami, Florida neighbors of 22-year-old Jeffrey Macchione (Martelli) heard a gunshot around 4:45 a.m. As neighbors arrived at Jeffery's apartment some of them witnessed a white male and white female running from the area and getting into a small dark-colored sports type vehicle. When neighbors arrived at the home they found the front door open and the victim dead inside.
