Murder of Twila Harris


Around 4:30 a.m. on October 18, 1994, a woman's screams for help could be heard in the courtyard of an apartment building at 3744 Warwick in Kansas City, Missouri. When officers arrived they would find the body of 26-year-old Twila Harris. Someone had stabbed her to death. A man was seen running away from the scene right after the screams.
