There is a cryptid or Fearsome Creature called the teakettler that was seen by lumberjacks in the lumber camps of Minnesota ad Wisconsin. It is said that the creature resembles a small stubby legged dog with cat ears. The name comes from the teakettle sound it makes and steam issues from it's mouth making the whistle. The Teakettler only walks backwards and is a shy animal making only few lumberjacks having seen it. It's said that if you hear the sound though that the teakettler is nearby.
