On January 26, 1995, 3-year-old Andriy Mazurenko was kidnapped Nizhyn / Chernygiv, Ukraine. His kidnapper is known and it was his mother's 16-year-old friend Iryna Smailova. He is a white male with blonde hair and hazel eyes. He was 105 cm or 4'1" at the time. He had a 0.5 cm scar under the left eye and a birthmark on right side of the back. He could speak Ukrainian and Russian.
