On Jan. 14, 1983 19-year-old Richard Wayne Sammons parents had gotten a call from his fiance. He was last seen on the 11th in Mesa, Arizona and no one could find him. His parents went to his apartment to search for him. Nothing was disturbed, everything seemed to be in orderly condition. He had left behind, clothes, vehicle, checkbook, and cash behind. There was no indication of foul play.
Richard is a white male and was 19 at the time. He is 6'6" and 180 lbs. He has strawberry blonde hair and at the time it was shoulder length. He has blue eyes. He was missing the tip of the right index finger, he had broken his right arm in the past, and he has a scar below one of his knees from burnt off moles. He wore a size 10/11 shoe.
