February 28, 1986 New Haven, Connecticut John Doe

The legs of a male were found in West River 20 yards downstream from Chapel Street Bridge in New Haven, Connecticut on Feb. 28, 1986. He had been dead for at least 2 days. It says that they belonged to a white male between 20 and 50 years old.
