On Jan. 24, 2003 an Asian woman dropped off a 4 to 5-month old off at babysitters home. She never came back for her son. The boy was diagnosed with down syndrome and has black hair and brown eyes.
The mother was in her 20's at the time and is Korean. She was described as being tall and weighing around 90 lbs. She has light colored brown hair that seemed to have been dyed. She was driving a two-doored red vehicle that had a "wing" on the trunk.
