On September 24, 1985, 35-year-old James Ahern was reported missing by family members. On September 16, 1986, Jame's body was found in a shallow grave in a wooded area off of Ragis Road in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It was found he was shot to death.
James may have been apart of a Marijuana smuggling business.
