At 8:20 p.m. on September 26, 1995 gunshots were reported on 5200 block of Warwick Rd. in Richmond, Virginia. When the police came to the scene they found Reginald L. Battle. He was still alive when he was found and was sent to VCU Medical Center. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
