On the night of September 13, 2009 around 10 p.m. the police responded to a shooting on 1811 E. Fayette St. in Syracuse, New York. The body of 38-year-old Victor Benevento was found between two buildings of the Sunset Terrace Apartments. He had died from multiple gunshot wounds.
