Disappearance of Stovan "Stoyan" Fletcher

On December 20, 1998, 32-year-old Stovan Fletcher was last seen on the beach in Sausalito, California. There is little information in this case. His name may be spelled "Stoyan".

Stovan is a white male and was 32-years-old. He's 5'7" and 150 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black sweat outfit.
