At 8:20 p.m. on December 16, 1999 Telasforo Delarosa and two other victims were shot during an argument at 7150 E. Thomas a Taco Jalisco Restraunt. Telasforo would die from her injuries and the other two would survive. The suspects were seen leaving in a grey Cadillac.
