Disappearance of Kierra Stubbs

A 9 a.m. on April 24, 2014, 23-year-old Kierra Stubbs had her brother drop her off at 3rd Avenue west in Birmingham, Alabama. She was meeting a man at Boost Mobile who offered to help her fix her car's brakes in exchange for braiding his children's hair. She did not know the man personally but had met her at his job. She would get into his burgundy 2012 Chrysler 200 and would never be seen again. NamUs states that she was dropped off at the same location by the man.

The man she was with is an African American male in his 50s driving a burgundy 2012 Chrysler 200. He is a suspect in the case, and his identity was never released. Since it was just the two of them in the car there is no witnesses and no signs of foul play.

Police do suspect that there was foul play involved, but hope she is still alive.

Kierra is an African American woman and was 23-years-old at the time. She is 5'3" and 145 lbs. Her ears are double pierced. She was wearing a grey hoodie, and grey leggings.
