Library of Congress has some photos and stills they want to be identified. This one is of a still from a movie it's unsure if it was for a horror film or a children's film. Many stated it reminded them of the Russian folktale Baba Yaga. Many of the photos are from the U.S., but some may not be and this film may be from a foreign country. The still was already hand-tinted by the time it made it to the Library of Congress.
