Disappearance of Kacey Ann Perry

On September 14, 1990 10 year old Kacey Perry was visiting her father on the 2200 block of Southeast 37th Ave. in  Portland, Oregon. Her father told her that he wanted her to live with him and his wife, and if she didn't he didn't want her visiting anymore.  Her mother had the legal custody of Kacey, her father claimed he had issues with some conditions of her mothers.

She was angry with him and ran away around 11 p.m. that night and never returned. She took extra clothes in her purse. She may have been trying to get back to her mothers home in Keizer, Oregon. Shortly after she left people saw her at the Kienow's Food Store on 2400 block of 39th Ave, about 10 blocks from her father's house. Later her clothes and purse was found abandoned near the store. She may have been seen hitchhiking in Albany, Oregon and or near Wilsonville, Oregon these sightings have not been confirmed.

While in custody in Portland for bank robbery Brian Keith George, a former boyfriend of Kacey's mother, had admitted he killed Kacey and buried her in the woods near Kelso, Washington. Her remains were not found, and he recanted his confession.

Kacey was a white female age 10 at the time of her disappearance. She had sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. She was around 4'6 and 60 lbs at the time of her disappearance. Her teeth were in bad condition and described as decayed. She has a scar on her right foot near the ankle and a large mole in the middle of her back. She was wearing a beige polo with a wide white stripe, blue jeans, black and pink socks, and black sneakers.

She has DNA available.
