Brothers Stephen J. Harris and Robert W. Harris were planning a fishing trip on November 5, 1985, at Fort Wetherill State Park in Jamestown, Rhode Island around 4 pm. They left a note at home for their parents saying this. Their father began to get worried so he went to their fishing spot. Neither boy was found, but their one of their fishing poles and bait container was laying on the rocks and their car parked and locked.
Robert was a 21 years old white male. He was around 5'9 and 172 lbs. He had brown hair, but his eye color is unknown. It was unknown what he was wearing. He has DNA available, but not Fingerprints or Dentals.
Stephen was a 20-year-old white male. He was around 5.5 and weighed around 150 lbs. He has brown hair and unknown eye color. Dentals, and Fingerprints unavailable, but DNA is underway.
One of the brothers was known to wear a red vest.
