February 10, 1998 Glendale, Colorado John Doe

On February 10, 1998, a maintenance man on apartments on 4601 E. Kentucky Avenue in Glendale, Colorado made a note of a foul odor coming out of a vacant apartment. The maintenance man went to check on it and found the body of the John Doe. He was surrounded by large amounts of cash and drug paraphernalia. The cause of death is not noted, but he had been dead for 3 days.

The John Doe had a fake Texas I.D. with him. It also seems he has had contact with Immigration, and that is where the photos came from. Names he may have used, that was on some of the photo's was S. Franco, Julio Costa-Laso, and Diego Perez. The date of birth he used was 6/10/70. It does not state what country they believed he immigrated from it could e possible it was Central or South America, as he is Hispanic and his names are Latino.

He was a Hispanic male between the ages of 25 to 30 years old. He was around 5'7 and 196 lbs. He had black hair that was curly and in ringlets, and had no facial hair, and had brown eyes. He was photographed with glasses on and may have needed them. He had two noted tattoos one of an Owl saying OWL above it on his right arm, and a woman's face on his left arm.  He was found wearing a bright blue T-shirt saying Worldwide Network 1019 NGX 2397, and beige shorts, it's not noted if his glasses were found at the scene.
