On November 12, 1999 14-year-old Simon Lembi was last seen in Brussels, Belgium. He is originally from Anglo and spoke very little French at the time. It's believed he may have gotten lost or injured. He's a black male and was 14 at the time he was last seen.
Simon has been located and does not want contact with his family. He had left on his own accord and is living under another identity in another country. His identity and new country he lives in are not going to be released.
