On 2 May 1970, the body of a man was found in the sea by a Russian Trawler. The trawler brought the body to shore at Plymouth, England.
He was a white male between 35 and 45 years old. He had a medium built body and was between 163 cm to 162 cm tall. He had bandages around his chest and may have recently had an injury to it. He was wearing orange rubber gloves, a black jumper, a green jumper, a brown jumper, a black t-shirt, a green scarf, a grey shirt with the label "Industrial Nouvellas' 'Escalidad' on the rear of the label, grey flannel trousers in the size Grosse 44, and brown rubber shorts and apron front combination.
