On October 2, 2004, around 3:46 a.m. 25-year-old Christopher Allison was riding with his brother. At the time they were in the vicinity of the 1500 block of Pegram St. in Charlotte, North Carolina. Suddenly an unknown person shot through the rear window. The bullet had hit Christopher in the head and killed him. his brother pulled off the road and dialed 911.
