Around 5 p.m. on October 10, 1994, 40-year-old Jeffery W. Archer was last seen leaving in his 1990 Plymouth Voyager on 6900 South Wolf Rd. in Indian Head Park, Illinois. His body was discovered on Oct. 16 from the Sanitary Shipping Canal, one mile east of Routes 83 and 171.
