George Alfred Tonsgard was last seen on July 15, 1956. A witness claimed that they had seen Tonsgard drowning while he was scuba diving in the Gastineau Chanel in Juneau, Alaska. George was 5'6 to 6'0 tall and weighed around 160-175 lbs. He had brown hair and either brown or blue eyes.
