Disappearance of April Nicole Williams

On December 3, 1983, four months old April Williams was with her mother, Eleanor Marie Williams, were en-route by bus from Suffolk, Virginia to Kansas to meet with a boyfriend. They were having a three-hour layover at Trailways Station in Washington, D.C.

Allegedly a woman who went by Latoya asked Eleanor if she could hold April. Eleanor didn't know the woman, but she let her carry April. She carried April towards Hardee's to get a soda. This is the last time anyone had seen April.

Her abductor, Latoya, was described as an African American woman in her early 20's. She was around 5'3 with red braided hair. It's possible that "Latoya" kidnapped April to raise as her own.
