Jan. 10, 2016 Kansas City John Doe *Possibly Identified*

This case is no longer on NamUs and I could not find if this person was Identified, but it was likely he was.

On January 10, 2016 a skull was found lying near 180th street and Longway Parkway in Kansas City Missouri. The person who found the skull said that he lived nearby and had gone into the woods looking for a wounded deer and he did find it, but he had also found the skull. Other bones were found, but are being processed.

It’s believed that the skull belongs to an African American male between 30 and 55 years old. It is estimated that his around 5’6. There were no personal items found with the body. No clothes jewelry or shoes were reported to be recovered. DNA is completed and dentals are available.
