On Feb. 2, 1995, 29-year-old Jesse Rodriguez was last seen in Oakland, California. He's a Hispanic male. He's 6'0" and 190 lbs. He had black hair and brown eyes. He may be sporting a beard, mustache, or goatee. He has a tattoo on his shoulder. He was wearing a black sweatshirt, a blue and red shirt, black vest, black pants, and black shoes.
