February 14, 1988 Millen, Georgia Jane Doe

On Feb. 14, 1988, a large duffle bag was found inside a trash dumpster that was off of Kaiser Rd. and Old Perkins Rd. in Millen, Georgia. Inside the bag was the body of a girl. She was wrapped in plastic and duct tape. She was killed from asphyxiation about 4 to 7 days prior. Bedding items were found with her.

She was an Asian female between 16 and 25 years old. She was approximately 5'4" and 140 lbs. She had long straight dark brown hair. Her teeth were in good condition and had a lower molar extracted recently.
